In a Democratic State of Law, everyone must have full access to the Judiciary, especially the needy population, which is on the margins of society and has no access to justice, either due to a lack of financial resources to cover the costs or due to the absence of legal guidance.
Numerous legal problems could have been prevented if dealt with in time, just as several cases could have been resolved amicably if they were mediated by qualified professionals, giving the Judiciary a break from the volume of cases that are directed to it.
